Parque estatal St. Andrews

This is a wonderful place in the north of the state (in English), with calm bays, islands carved with white sand dunes and a lot of silence. You can snorkel, fish, hike the trails, or just relax in the Gulf of Mexico. The park is about a 10-minute boat ride from Panama City Beach, which you can easily fly to from various locations in the US There's plenty to do in Panama City Beach, too; For example, rent a pontoon boat or take a guided excursion with Lagoon Pontoons to see dolphins. The area is also excellent for lovers of good food. Andy's Flour Power Cafe & Bakery is a lovely place where they make delicious French toast and an impressive citrus gin breakfast martini. Recover from the morning martini with a trip to Finns Barista Bar and Snack Shack for a mocha with black salt on top (or try the rich fish tacos). In March you can attend the UNwineD Food and Drink Festival in Panama City Beach, where you'll find everything from octopus and Cajun food to ribs and pecan tarts, plus wine, craft beers, cocktails and live music.
